What is a maintenance agreement?
A simple arrangement between you and Air Mach to perform scheduled preventative service on a regular basis. Air Mach is responsible for keeping track of required preventative service and contacting you for scheduling when the next preventative service is needed. A documented service history is kept on each piece of equipment. Preventative maintenance is scheduled and controlled by our Service Manager.

Do I have to sign a contract or pay in advance?
No signed contracts and No upfront payments. Air Mach’s Preventative Maintenance agreements are on a time and material basis, including a discounted labor rate on all preventative maintenance service calls. Unlike some maintenance agreements, you do not pay in advance. Air Mach does not invoice your company until the work is completed.

What work needs to be done?
Controls cleaned and adjusted, safety devices checked, lubricant filter, air filter, separator element and lubricant need to be changed and heat exchangers require cleaning as needed. Our service technicians upon completion of your service will complete a report that will be mailed with your invoice to you, the customer.
