Sullair lubricantsAt Air Mach, Inc., we feel that air compressors or vacuum pumps must be maintained by only OEM Genuine parts and lubricants to ensure reliability and performance. We stock a full inventory of OEM Genuine replacement and service parts for our product line. Therefore, we are able to deliver or ship replacement or service parts in a reliable and timely fashion. Air Mach, Inc. can also check factory inventory levels online to ensure prompt delivery on parts we do not stock. Our Parts Department is eager to help you with any parts questions that you might have or in helping you determine what parts are needed for your equipment.


Air Mach, Inc. maintains a fleet of fully equipped service vehicles manned by experienced factory trained service technicians that are ready to help provide solutions to your compressed air and vacuum problems. Air Mach, Inc. has built our business by providing responsive, knowledgeable service and maintenance to satisfy customer needs.

Preventative Maintenance Agreements

Air Mach, Inc. offers Preventative Maintenance Agreements that offer customers superior performance, efficiency and reliability with their compressed air system components. Air Mach, Inc. will perform scheduled preventative maintenance and service on a regular basis for customers all at a discounted labor rate. Air Mach will also take responsibility for keeping track of service needs and will contact the customer when the service is needed. These agreements are very flexible and are tailored for the customer’s needs.

  • A simple arrangement between you and Air Mach to perform scheduled preventative service on a regular basis. Air Mach is responsible for keeping track of required preventative service and contacting you for scheduling when the next preventative service is needed. A documented service history is kept on each piece of equipment. Preventative maintenance is scheduled and controlled by our Service Manager.

  • No signed contracts and No upfront payments. Air Mach’s Preventative Maintenance agreements are on a time and material basis, including a discounted labor rate on all preventative maintenance service calls. Unlike some maintenance agreements, you do not pay in advance. Air Mach does not invoice your company until the work is completed.

  • Controls cleaned and adjusted, safety devices checked, lubricant filter, air filter, separator element and lubricant need to be changed and heat exchangers require cleaning as needed. Our service technicians upon completion of your service will complete a report that will be mailed with your invoice to you, the customer.

  • We have built our business satisfying customers air compressor service needs for over 50 years, it's our specialty. Factory trained experienced service technicians combined with a large inventory of replacement parts available for Sullair and Quincy air compressors.

  • Rotary screw and Reciprocating type air compressors require regular service. This can be as often as monthly, or as infrequently as once a year. Frequency of service is dictated by inlet air quality, ambient temperature, equipment age, type of lubricant used and operating hours. We analyze your site conditions and meet with you to discuss a program tailor made for your specific needs.

Predictive Service Agreements

Air Mach, Inc. offers Predictive Maintenance Agreements that provide customers with vital information to enhance decision making and help identify and address root causes of machine problems. The vital information is collected by vibration analysis and oil analysis custom tailored specifically for air compressors and vacuum pumps. By collecting and trending this vital information, a customer can predict problems and failures of their compressors and vacuum pumps, thus avoiding costly downtime.
