Air Mach, Inc. offers services to analyze compressed air or vacuum systems to expose system inefficiencies.
We offer several levels of air audits to analyze compressed air and vacuum systems. Starting with as little as a Walk Through, to an Air Assessment that looks at the supply side, or a detailed Full Audit, which analyzes both supply side and demand side of a system. These three levels of audits are tailored around the Department of Energy’s and Compressed Air Challenge standards. These three levels of audits will identify ways to:
- Maximize efficiencies
- Improve reliability
- Enhance productivity with pressure stabilization
- Reduce waste
- Reduce energy/operating costs
- Reduce maintenance costs
- Reduce equipment costs
These audits will provide the most accurate data on current system conditions to help manage the system, identify component upgrades, and ensure the entire system operates as it should. Air Mach, Inc. has a U.S. Department of Energy Qualified AIRMaster+ Specialist on staff, Ryan Brooker, who is able to assist you in identifying system improvement opportunities. A Qualified AIRMaster+ Specialist provides:
- Systematic approach to assessing compressed air systems
- Analyze collected data
- Reporting results
- Model existing and future improved system operation
- Evaluate savings from energy efficiency measures
- Present realistic “what-if” scenarios for system operations
